My experience is very very bad. I dont even want to give one star to it You may find it ok if u dont face any problem, but when u face any problem, you are on ur own… no ones going to help… Below are the issue i faced in my stay of 3 days- RATS are in the room, spoiled my sleep in the night. Rude staff behaviour Managers of this hotel dont have common sense and humanity Old ac’s makes continuous sound.. no temperature control Always HOT water from the taps in the morning, no working mixer, no cold water, manager have to switch off the hot water from their end to resolve it. Low level of service Telephones doesnt works in some rooms Bad smell when u enter in the room I want to also add one of the issue I faced that I mistakenly booked the room for one but we were two person who were going to stay and so I requested Manager that please update the booking because the room can have for default two people and also we were not unknowns, we were staying since two days but because I made this booking from Oyo they refused to help me. Its general common sense to allow one more person in a double bedroom but managers of this hotel doesn’t understand this small thing. Then I called Oyo and the illiterate Oyo representative’s have just one answer that please do another booking and cancel this booking and we will refund you this booking amount which never happens as I have tried this before. I have a request with Oyo that please improve your service we should be help in seconds But unfortunately we can just call call but there is no help. Hopeless oyo and hopeless hotel I would never ever stay in this hotel again

Stayed here from 1/12/2020 to 1/16/2020 - 4 nights as we were visiting Maha Kaleshwar and Omkaraeshwar. The hotel is in a noisy location near a busy market place. The property allows smoking inside the room and hence we got smoke smell from the adjacent rooms....The room we were given was not a comfortable one. when asked for replacement, we were provided a different one, which was more or less same. Bathrooms are not well maintained and service staff is not friendly or service oriented. They do not speak even a word of English and cannot service non-hindi speaking visitors. The staff do not seem to trust the customer even for a small service of laundry (when we have upfront paid the entire stay). In fact the service staff tried to take money from us by inflating the laundry amount (asked for Rs 1000 and said we would not get the balance back or would not get receipt for the actual amount). When complained to the front office, the manager called the service staff (by name Tripathi ji) and conversed in hindi and then corrected the situation to give the balance amount.....and the laundry was quite expensive (Rs 840 for 21 items) would not recommend this hotel......

Stayed in Divya palace in Jan'2020 as part of Business Travel. Morning breakfast was very good with dishes like Poga, sweets etc. Cleanliness was good. Reception team to improve while receiving the customers

We have visited Indore in Nov. 2019 for family visit and for sightseeing. We stayed in Divya Palace for 2 nights. Rooms are very decent and comfortable for couple + child. Though rooms are little small in size but they are clean. Toilets were clean. We had some problem with AC but it sorted out when we contacted to reception. Breakfast was good and basic requirements were their. Overall it's good for individual as well as for family traveler. Good budgeted hotel.

one of the good hotel to stay in chennai. clean rooms and bathrooms. good hotel to have comfort. budget hotel, one can easily afford to stay here.breakfast is god and variety of food was available to eat.
